I want to add some info to members profiles

Ok I have a craft forum we are currently running version 2.0.22. It is the basic version I haven't done any mods or anything.
Members are wanting me to add some information to their profile pages like feedback, positive, negative etc and also a bit for swaps as we will be doing craft swaps so I guess how many swaps completed, how many active etc.
Can someone please tell me if this is possible and if so how? I have look in admin in all of the choices and cannot find anywhere to add things in like this.
Also we want this to be viewable by everyone but altered only by a moderator or admin.
I would appreciate any help or advice.
