On one of my sites adding menu and menu items works fine in Drupal. However, when I wanted to add new menu and menu item on another web site, I do the same procedure and menu and menu items don't show up!?

When I want to add a new menu item, I choose option add menu item and choose the menu where I want that menu item appear. If I want to add a new menu, I create a new menu and then unblock it in Blocks section.

I use Drupal 4.7 If anyone know how to solve this I will really appreciate it.
