I need a program like imovie but i dont have a mac nore do i plan to buy one. So i was wondering what would be the best program out there for pc.

note I have movie maker and i hated the lack of featurs then i bought vista in hope it would be better and now vista wont allow it to run because my graphics card wont fully support all the features, so they decided to not let me use it at all.
