Basically it goes up just a slight amount if you use the premade and loaded materials in the bluray disc game. But if you import custom photos or stickers into the game, that is going to take much more space on the thermometer because when you share the game it has to actually send the data on that item, while if you use pre-made things, it just has to record the coordinates of the object, and the other people's PS3's can load whatever item it tells them to in the right spaces.

Yeah the thermometre thing is true. I saw it demonstrated in a video and it seems to be able to take allot of stuff in the level. They added a tonne of stuff and it bearly added anything to it.

From what I've read, that thermometer actually shows the processing power it's taking the PS3 to make you're level, the higher it is, the harder you're pushing you're ps3.

Thermometer on the left side, but i think it only goes up when you add something completely new, so you could draw a huge line of some material, but it would only go up if you added a new material

I know how to measure your limit, and thats with a thermometer display on the left of the screen that fills as you add more and more to the map. Once full, nothing more can be added.
But I don't know what the map is measured on, weather it be objects in a map, map size etc...I've got no idea.
