I wasn't able to gauge your web design skills since your sites are either closed or inactive, (tip: if you are going to post examples of your work, it would be an advantage to you if people could actually view them), but if you think you have a marketable talent, you could always consider opening up your own web site design business. That is what I am trying to do right now, and say you charged $50-$100 to design and establish a website for someone, you may be able to make enough to even go over your goal of $100 a month.

Yeah,
Use your web design skills to your advantage. You could turn your website into a major download centre, and for every download hit, you get points, and at the end of each month, you turn these points into cash at paypal..and then transfer this "internet money" into your bank for real cash.
You could make a shopping website (like amazon) and that would be a great way to fund yourself.

It depends where your skills lie, if you are good at database work do it this way, if your mainly a design guru, and have excellent skills in HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, FLASH, etc, then use these, and like it was said, make design templates for other websites, and have them pay a fixed rate every month to keep your template as thier site.

Well, many sites, are hosted on someone elses server usually (although often thier own), and they host files for people.
Now with downloads, you can make a hit counter, and store this information in a text file or a database or something. At the end of every month, the number of points you have (which is the number of download hits), determines how much paypal money you get (eBay uses paypal).
This paypal money can be transfered into your bank directly, and you will have cash at your hand.

Thing is, if hosting on someone elses server, thier payment conditions would have to agree with this, and they would have to be ok with paying you paypal money for the hits you get.

On your own server, this could be profitable.

It's difficult to get paid online without a credit card if you live outside the us and europe. Most non credit card payment companies are geared for paying people in either of these 2 regions.

Your web design skills are the best, and most easily marketable skills to get you quick cash. A credit card is needed (in my opinion) to go any further.

Sit down and define the target audience for you site. Then optimize your size for these audiences....

Especially on the family business, can you expand on the jorden products?(Dead Sea Minerals?) Consider who and why somebody would want to buy?

Since you are running the store yourself you have to plan on how to handle orders and shipping....I'd sit down and plan every aspect of the site on paper before you spend real money on it...it'll save you time and effort...
