PS3 Warranty Question

Well I'm thinking of buying a PS3 soon and I don't really want to buy one retail.
So, If I buy a PAL PS3 from Ebay, shopto.net or where ever will i get warranty?

You can register PS3 consoles online as well, can't remember the link but you'll find it on search engines I'm sure.

If you are buying from somewhere that doesn't offer any sort of warranty then would you really want to be buying from them in the first place?

If you buy from any UK based retailer, including Shopto, then you get the UK standard 12 month warranty. It's the law.
