but my guess...it's arial

If it's one of the three that rush listed (as I believe it is) There's an extra fonts disk that was shipped with Win95 WAY back in the day. I think it's standard from win98 upwards.

It could be Helvetica Inserat or Gill Display Compressed. I used FontIdentifier to identify it. Here are the results.
