I completed the game and on the podcast thing in-game it says you get all your stuff carried over into your next run through....I didn't.Help

u have to make sure that u dont start a new save, but you load the completed game save then it will ask you to choose difficulty and it will overwrite.

then you meet up with MK II and you get your stuff

You have to meet up with MK.II to regain all your stuff. So get going to the building.

What Jetz said--and also make sure that you save your game at the end of it, and to start a new one you load up the "Epilogue:The End" save file, from there you can choose what difficulty you want your new game to be on.
