I was looking at the GTA IV bundle on play.com and it states that the PS3 is matte!

I did try and search for the answer but could not find anything.

I hope not as I think it makes it look like a bettamax VCR.

The image on the box suggests that the ps3 in the gta bundle is the same 40gig console currently at retail.

It's not at all like the mgs4 special edition, which is exclusive to that release (as far as all reports indicate).

If its just the trim thats matte then thats fine. Thanks for clearing that up.
