What r ur thoughts on this game?

The 3 main characters r Terra, Ven, and Aqua and they r searching for Master Xehanort. This takes place 10 years before kingdom hearts 1.

Originally i thought Ven was Roxas but apparently i was wrong... or was i?
I'm thinking that Ven was sora/roxas before he arrived on destiny island (i think thats what it is called). Ven and Sora also both mean sky and Ven and Roxas have the same voice actor. I know that is a stretch but it could work. and Terra could be the Xehanort that became the main antagonist of KH 1 and 2 (cmon they have the same hair). the way that could work is if Master Xehanort (the old guy) did something to or merged with Terra.

well this is all speculation and we wont know until it comes out. i cant wait!!!

Agreed, that plus the fact that you can play music also, and watch vids of course.

if...if i see damn cards like Chain of Memories in this game...it will dramatically lower my hype for this game, although ill still get it no doubt, i wont like the battle system

why don't you get a ds then? they're pretty affordable nowadays. but don't trade in your psp for it lol.

I will still buy the Birth By Sleep game but I really wanted the one ofr the DS to be in the PSP cuz its looks really cool nevertheless this one will answer some questions I still have... like the Old Keyblade Master

Well, Nomura has basically said that KH: Birth by Sleep is basically KH III. Where as the one on DS should be pretty cool, I mean who doesn't want to know the whole story in the eyes of Roxas! Then there is the mobile phone game which I can almost guarantee we will not see state side.

not that i know of. so far the only one not released on the ps2 was chain of memories for gba.

do you think that the keyblades that the 3 ppl pick up has something to do with how the kh series is formed. i cant tell which is which but i think ven picks up soras/roxas' but i cant tell which on the others pick. maybe aqua is part of kairi cause its like the sora roxas thing and the kairi namine thing so the producers can add ven to the S/R combo and aqua to the K/N combo

I really wanted to like Kingdom Hearts but it just sucked ass, I've only ever played KH2 but I found it a real chore to play, why does it take three hours worth of sitting through crap to get to the real gameplay?!?!? I hated that.

I thought the game suffered from "Ocean's" syndrome, like in the film where you have too many leading roles fighting for the spotlight.

Was it just me or did you find yourself hating the terrible voice acting half the time because they couldn't get the original vioce actors to play some of the parts.

I thought the whole story was overly confusing and didn't add up at all, it's meant to be Disney and FF for crying out loud, not a crazy David Lynch movie?!?

The whole game felt really disjointed and mediocre and the gameplay was overly repititive and bland. Why didn't they just keep things turnbased?!?!

Sorry for my little rant but that's just how I felt about the whole KH game, please don't be offended by my ramblings.

i know square enix said Ven isn't roxas...but i think he is cause well..THEY LOOK THE FREAKIN SAME!!!!! and if you see a certain video, it shows a organization 13 member in a room with Ven's armour from the birth by sleep trailer (gasp) don't know what that means but it raises speculations lol
and yeah i think your kind of right about Terra becoming xenahort (or w/e) because they have the same eye colour lol i wonder who that girl is going to become? maybe she's riku's mom! XDDDDD joking....and yeah i really hope they keep the kingdom hearts 2 battle system....the card system was good but it was a chore trying to get your deck right so you can cardbreak everything

No it doesn't. We don't even know exactly how the card system will work in BbS. Chances are it's going to different than in CoM.

And 365/2 doesn't play exactly like Kingdom Hearts on the PS2 either.

card system means it will suck. The ds game is closesnt to how the original series plays.

But of course the DS would get the better game as it has a bigger crowd.

man, im a huge fan of the KH series. i played all three of them.
I'm not sure what to think of these spin offs or have any idea what the relations between these new characters are, but I definitely plan of finding out...

VEn is more than likely the shadow of Sora, because in a released Pic that Tetsuya nomora himself presented it showd Aqua watching over riku and Sora while they were younger

The most that I've see/heard about this in an some small-ass article in Game Informer. I just think the KH in general is an under hyped franchise. Square needs to hype this up along with FFV:XIII.

It looks like it could be pretty good. I'll probably get it just to know more about the Kingdom Hearts universe. It seems like there is much more going on than just what happens with Sora, so Birth by Sleep has the potential for a good game.

But hey, thanks for that little snippet. I didn't know that's how they would play out. Although based on the Latin translations of their names I see how Terra (Earth) focuses on power, Ven ([Ventus] Wind) would be agile, and Aqua (Water) would be the primary magic/forces user.

Exactly, an "evolved" version. Meaning it's not going to be exactly like in CoM. There's really no way to know exactly how good or bad it will be at this point.

Lately I've been drawing a picture of the "dark warrior" in the trailer, out of fascination for the character. At this point we have no idea who he is, but he looks freakin' awesome!

However, I noticed soemthing crazy while drawing the picture. Out of nowhere I thought, "Riku's puppet". I looked at a pic of Riku's puppet, and the outfit is nearly identical! The only difference is some coloring, emblem, and the helmet. Look:



So could this mean that the character in the video is a puppet of someone else, just like Riku's puppet? Food for thought...

Ummm... yeah, we figured that out almost a year ago now.

Riku got that suit because Professor Xehanort's heartless, who took the name of Ansem, took control of him. So the idea is that maybe the unknown character with the same suit is actually Professor Xehanort, who did experiments on himself and split himself in a heartless (Ansem, bringer of darkness - final boss of KH) and a nobody (Xemnas - final boss of KH2).

His master (the bald guy) is called Master Xehanort. Professor Xehanort had amnesia when he was found by Ansem the Wise, so he may have taken the name of Xehanort because he could only remember his master's name.

this game, from what i've seen, looks as good as the kingdom hearts on the ps2. the psp has so much greatness on it's way.

it will take 4ever to come statside but cant wait 2 play. will be AWESOME
