How many of you are missing rumble? The feeling of your tyres on GT5 running over the rumble strip.

I will get one but it makes me wonder if the current crop of games have been designed with a rumble controller in mind or not.

I don't quite care about this... because it is my hand shaking, not my seat :P

Can you imagine trying to play MotorStorm 3890 with rumble? I think it would be too mental TBH!. So in that particular scenario, no...

However, although I have not missed rumble too much, GT-HD does seem a little "empty" without it. Although still highly playable, I do believe that force feedback through the pad, and not just rumble effects, would make it even better.

I'll defo get one, why would you not want rumble, irrispective of if you dont miss it, if it was available why would you not want it? Also i'm hoping it'll add some weight to the controller atm as it just feels too light.

Will only get the odd SONY exclusive games and am not all that bothered about rumble.

I'm not bothered about rumble i never found it to have much benefit to games that much one or two made good use of it but it's not something I would pay for a new controller for.

Adding weight to the controller with the rumble is my biggest want!!

If its not official then I wont get my hopes up. If they do decide to put a rumble its gonna have to go through developement and research before it gets implemented. It might be a long long way off.

Well I find the statement "No, its very 20th Century" to be a bit of an numpty remark since what does that make the PS3 controller at the moment without it?... very 19th Century? A novelty tilt feature being chucked on as an afterthought is not a suitable or remotely adequate substitution for what was taken away.

I do vote "No" though (despite thinking that Sony were woefully short sighted in removing what is a very good sensory feedback component to most games)... unless they redesign those god-awful triggers at the same time then I am going to be having as little to do as possible with any 'official' controllers.
