I would like to have a picture turn into text when the mouse is placed over it. I also want users to be able to use either the picture or text as a link to a page containing more info. I haven't used mouseovers before and either need a great tutorial or someone to walk me through this step by step. Please help..

I could be wrong but the most robust solution would be to use CSS, however if the user is hovering the mouse over the "picture" that transforms into "text" how could you use the "picture" which I assume is now hidden as a 'hotlink' because only the text hyperlink would be visible when the mouse was over where the picture was residing.

I am not sure, that I'm following exactly what you want to achieve with the rollover, were you actually after a fallback mechanism.
