Man I used to play Bomberman on Sega Channel back in the day, a definite purchase for me, who is up for getting pwned?

Pffft, I used to play Bomberman on the SNES!

And I believe Yie Ar Kung-Fu was on the NES and I also heard there was an arcade version (correct me if I'm wrong).

Bomberman rules! I've been playing the hell out of it today! Anyone else think 8 people online is a bit too hectic though? I don't remember playing with more than 4 player on the older versions.

I just finished playing the demos for both of them. I'm a huge Bomberman fan, and will be getting that for sure. It does tend to get messy with more than 4 players, tho.

Yie Ar Kung-Fu wasn't very enjoyable to me. The controls seemed weird.

But yea... I look forward to kicking some *** when I get the full version for Bomberman!

The original on the SNES supported up to 5, and I don't see any reason to increase it beyond that (4 players on the corners, and 1 in the center).

I think 8 is simply far too many...

I made a thread for Bomberman Live last night, really into it at the moment, some of the acheievments sound a little hard though!

Bomberman Live rocks. The Arcade needs more multiplayer party games like this.

Anyone got any tips on getting some acheivements without cheating? I notice a lot of people using eachother to get them.

I played all night tonight and got all the achievments, but me and a buddy did get the one tournament achievement together since no one was hosting any 10 round ones...
