Just a small point, but it is annoying me still , some of the smilies have white backgrounds, could these be changed to transparent?

Well -- if it really bothers you that much, why not change them yourself and resubmit them to SitePoint?

As a matter of fact, I may do that.

As for the narrow "Get More" window, that has annoyed me ever since I began to use these forums -- I suppose I was just too lazy to do anything about it.
