You know, I've always wanted to do a design like this one here : http://www.cossacks2.de/index.php?m=news&lang=us . With lots of ornaments and an oldish look. Now I have to do such design for one of my current projects. That's OK but I have one big problem - I've found some pretty black and white ornaments but I don't know what to do to give them that realistic metallic (golden in this case) look.

It may be easier if I find premade ornaments that just need to be integrated into my design but I haven't managed to find some for now.

dEm0N, have you got PhotoShop? If so, there are a few ornament-like shapes which you could mix-and-match to get some unique results. And for the gold metal feel, I found a gold textture tutorial - http://www.tutorialwiz.com/gold_texture/ that, with some additional gradient and bevel and emboss added, will get you the gold feel. You could also check out good-tutorials.com for some gold metal tutorials.
