Tryed searching on hotscript and search engines but no luck.
I know there is one out there.

Why not use a CMS like joomla or Mambo and install SEF advance compo with them?

I don't see any pain or difficulty in installing and integrating WP into your site! Generally a simple script won't be SEF!
