Attached is an outline of a website that my client requires:

The client requires a password accessible website whereby his office can upload a file (or files) that can be accessed by their extensive client base.

As their range of clients are diverse - from builders, handmen, to large corporations that buy bulk timber, my client needs to set permissions to restrict access to some of the areas if not most at their discretion via an admin panel.

Some of the areas will have tables that are an uploaded excel file. Some will have Pdf files.

Security system is required to record ip's of users that access the databases.

Trust there is a script out there that does some or all of the above and maybe more. Modification of the script to suit the client isn't a problem, therefore an unencrypted script would have to be used. I don't want to get this completely coded from scratch because of tight timeframe.
