Since you didn't mention it in your post I'll ask you: Have to checked HotScripts? Sourceforge? PHP Resource? Or searched Google for Free Billing Software?

Yes, I did; but not satisfied with them as they lack one or more features. Hence it will be good to ask someone who himself is using a programme comfortably.
