Solution needed tracking projects
Hi guys,
I have a bit of an issue which I am unsure how to solve.
A business client wants to conduct projects through his website, however refer the work to me and then I would charge him a commission based per project.
Is there a system which could be installed on his site, to accept queries from prospective customers which can be dealt with through a seperate project management system accessible by both my client and myself.
Without this sort of system installed the arrangement would be based upon trust without any fail-safe to check what projects are successful and are being referred. Trackable customer querries would be a bonus.
The solution must rule out the possibility of the client accepting the work without me knowing about it and avoiding commission fees.
I hope I managed to explain that well enough for someone to point me in the right direction?
