Failure prediction threshold exceeded due to test

We are receiving the following warning on a PE2650 PERC 3/Di:

The description for Event ID ( 2111 ) in Source ( Server Administrator ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: Failure prediction threshold exceeded due to test - No action needed: Physical Disk 0:2 Controller 0, Connector 0.

It is occurring approx. every 20min. What does this warning mean? It indicates that no action is required, but is logging critical events in our system monitor and a warning is being displayed in OMSA. Do I need to replace the drive, if not, how can I stop this event from being generated?
