This Laptop screen is fuzzy. The external monitor is not fuzzy.

I???ve tried changing the settings ??? it makes no difference.I went through the DELL trouble shooting help. Nothing the online help suggested worked.

I???m ???on the road??� so I don???t have time to chat with support yet.

Any suggestions?
