Can you change Firefox open save dialog

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to change the firefox open/save dialog. For example, if I tell it to save a file, I would like the save dialog that comes up to be the standard KDE dialog.

Anyo 1f40 ne do this at all?

Thanks in advance,
Underwater
