Aggressive Corporate Firewall vs. aMSN
Greetings!
I have an issue w/ an aggressive corporate firewall vs. my aMSN Messenger.
Through much trial and error, I was FINALLY able to connect via HTTP w/ my corporate server proxy and username. (There are no other ways to connect to t

he internet here.) I'm using port 80 to connect and have no administrator access to the firewall and whatnot. Despite the fact that I am able to connect, I still cannot chat. My contacts can see me online and vice versa. However, when they try to send me a message, they get the "undeliverable" message. When I try to send them a message, I see "Identifying"..."Requesting to Chat"...."Connecting to Switch Board" and eventually...."The following message could not be delivered".
So it seems like I'm connected....but I'm not connected.
Any suggestions?
