Beagle Search Listings

Hi,
I have recently i 1f40 nstalled beagle on Edgy Eft and find it very useful for finding (otherwise lost) stuff.. I seem to be having a teething problem with it though..
Under 'Search Categories' I have Applications selected.. but when I search for any application.. none are listed..
Do I need to index another directory (in the main failesystem, say /usr/share/applications ?) for this to work or should this work already?

Beagle Search Listings

I do find one application.. which is an application I compiled and installed myself. (Caboodle)
This would have created its menu entry in my home directory.. (.local/share/applications - although others are listed in there such as mplayer, xine, realplay, epiphany)

I decided to index /usr/share/applications and now it works - problem solved.
I'll leave this listed in case someone else has the same problem.
