Cant shutdown in Xgl Desktop Environments Question

Cant shutdown in Xgl

When in the Xgl session, I click on the shutdown button but it does not offer me the shutdown option. Only suspend and hibernate.

How can I get the shutdown option?

It's a well known problem.
