A Linux Tutorial Site

I made a tutorial site to index/host Linux tutorials but I want to know what people think of the design and the idea first. Here is the site:

http://www.tuxtuts.com/

1f40 I realize there is plenty of guides and help on forums but whenever I personally have trouble or want to find a guide on something, I find myself searching around on various forums and search engines for a long time and just constantly digging up unanswered topics of people with the same problem, when I know there is a solution posted out there some where but I just can't find it until I post and get someone to direct me to it. So I thought I would make a site that organized all the solutions and HOWTOs without having to sort through the unanswered topics from searching on search engines and forums.

Any thoughts?

I like that you can mark something as a dead link (I just did for the MonkeyBlog site), but can you throw in another one for marking something as outdated? For example, any tutorials using 6.10 are outdated (that release is no longer supported).

Oh, and queue is misspelled as que.

Do you mean that you would like to be affiliates?
no.
my brother and me is simply starting a site up as of right now so i am still collecting links to all interesting sites with as example lost of how to and tutorials.our site is just under development and aiming at providing links to as much helpful sites as we can. we just spend a little money our self for server space and hope to do something fun and useful with it as hobby. i just asked since i do not link to others sites at random if i do not have a feeling it would be its ok with them .

hmm. I find it odd that clicking the link on the front page for a tut takes you to your website again, and you then must click it again to go to the tut instead of clicking once.

Maybe to add comments about the wiki or the guide that is linked? That's what I think.

The layout is easy to navigate, but the black scheme is a little heavy. Good up the good work!

Very nice! Both the appearance and the idea. Do carry on.

I like the way it looks, and it's easy to navigate. I hope people contribute to it.

You should also think about adding a section for theme development and other customizations like making icon packs, or gdms.

Maybe even a conky section.
