Question Move option ( phpBB phpBB 2.0.x 2.0.x Support Forum )

Move option
For some reason, I couldn't use move option in my forum. Every time I click on move button, it disapear {S_FORUM_SELECT} field (drop down forums list I will move to). I keep continue YES/NO then I got "New forum does not exist" message. For that, I can't move at all. Please help.
