The Time on here

Is it me or is the time wrong on the forums for GMT. As It is nearly 9:00pm here and it says it is just gone 8:00pm. I have seen this probelm before somewhere else.

The Time on here

This is because of daylight savings time. You can set your time one hour off in your profile until DST is done. phpBB 2.2 will have DST coded into it, so once that is released there shoudln't be any problems. (No, there is no release date for 2.2).
