I was wondering, is it possible to convert back to phpbb2 when you have converted to bb3? With the same database and everything?

Yes, but you must decide, if you want phpBB3 or 2.... and after the deciding you can delete old tables / get back phpBB2

The tables are not deleted by the conversion, but the user may have deleted them. Even if they have not been deleted they will not have been updated since the conversion so any data that has been entered in the phpbb3 forum will be lost.

But afetr the converting process is phpBB2 tables still in the database, the convertor didn't delete them...
Anybody said it here, at phpBB.com...
