ACP Smilies problem

Was this a fresh install or a(n) update/upgrade/conversion (please be specific)? Upgrade from phpbb2
Was this an install through your host?
MODs you have installed: Shoutbox, Whose been online, Arcade, Country Flags...
When the problem started: Probably always been there but only just noticed it now.
I mass edited my smilies painfully went through the loads ive got, and edited the sizes of them, because they were all defaulted to 15x15.
When i had edited them all, submitted, and nothing, emptied cache... nothing, still defaulted and stupidly small, the only things it has done is added the ones i wanted onto the message posting area.
I also added loads more aswell, and still nothing, they havent even shown up in the posting board and ACP.
Any ideas what the problem maybe?

ACP Smilies problem
for the smileys you want to display on the posting page you need to be sure that all fields are complete in other words the smiley code, emotion,width,height
If any of these are left empty they will not show on the posting page...also make sure you have checked the box to show them on the posting page
