How would I make the board narrow like this one so it dosent spread across the whole page?

sorry to ask again, but does anyone know how to put a border and background on the forum like on here?

Add some styling to #wrap in css. To make it more complex you'll have to edit overall_header.html and overall_footer.html to put your own header/footer code.
