Time zone Issue
In the Admin area the setting for system timezone does not seem to be working. My host is on the west coast and 90% of the site visitors are on EST (as am I and the business). How do I have the time on the forums reflect the local time and not GMT or the PST.
I have tried to make the adjustment using the system timezone settings but no change is seen. Any advice?
BTW I am using the newest version of phpbb and it was installed using fantastico.

sorry..originally though it was ver 3 so I thought I made a boo boo...I guess I was correct the first time. Ooops

Actually my bad...it is phpbb 2 not 3.
The problem is the same though.

As far as I know Fantastico doesn't do phpBB3 installs yet (thank goodness), so you're in the wrong forum
