Hi,
I have set up a Forum running Phpbb3 RC2, and the host allows FTP access. How do I access it?

I didn't install it, I filled out a forum, and they installed it.

If they installed it for you, then it is them you need to contact in relation to how you access it, we can not possibly tell you how to access something you never installed.
