Each page view image set is refreshed

Each page view there is mode on my phpBB3 RC1 forum the image set is refreshed. So after a few minutes I got a admin log book with more than 1000 log's. I don't think thats normal... I got this problem on two forums and one is a fresh install the other is a converted board. And I got it with both of them...

MySQL: 5
PHP: 5
OS: Windows Server 2000
phpBB3: RC1

Like Juul I get a new log entry "Refreshed imageset" in my newly installed phpBB3 RC2 board every minute or so.
Wondering if this is meant to be?
Everything else works fine on my local MySQL5 PHP5 Apache WindowsXP installation.

Maybe a refreshing could not be executed due to the local installation and it's retrying to do so every minute?

Couldn't find another thread dealing with the same phenomenon.
