cant we all help each other when testing..
ok my problem is whenever i try to send a mass email my whole forum goes down.
i get the message
EMAIL ERROR [ PHP ]

CALLING PAGE
/therealmike3d/phpbbnew/index.php can anyoneshed any light on this
things i have done
install 3 times on 3 different servers and same thing erased the config.php file and deleted the db and recreated it.,
has anyone else had this or even better fixed it
im just a newbie thanx for your help mike

ok thanx mate im not running it on a live site just to mess around with.
i will proberbly give up till it is release beta.
On a note this is looking brilliant and keep up the good work!

delete cache folder and config.php and upload the cache folder again to get a decent install going again Mike3d

will it have a easy add field to profile? so like you dont have to code it yourself vbulletin has it

No support is given for 2.2, that includes third party support at this time. 2.2 is in heavy development, there are numerous incomplete features and bugs. It's therefore not recommended (at all, in any way ... you get the idea) that anyone run it on a live site. Nor indeed if they have little experience of PHP or their DB system.
In time we will of course release beta versions which will have a level of support. Beyond that will come Release Candidates with greater support. psoTFX
