Couple of Questions
1.I have now had my phpBB forum running for about 4-5months now, and to be honest ive never really made any backup files, how do i do this??
2.As i have mentioned before my website has been up and running for a few months now and a few people have emailed me stating that they never recieve a confirmation email to their email address to activate their account..? is this easily fixed?

When you receive a PM, or when someone replies to a thread you have subscribed to, the board will send you an email. That is what Im referring to.
