I have a question and hope this is the right place to ask it. My question is.. If a founder of a forum were to get locked out.. How could admin unlock him? Thanks in advance,

Question
phpBB2 has no "founder" status. All admins are equal.
If all your admin users are locked out, then you can use the "Admin Toolkit" (link in my sig) to make a new admin.
