Syntax Error

I have a phpBB 2.0 forum set up and im trying to grant users access to a restricted forum but when I try to give a user permission I get this message,

SQL Error : 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 0)' at line 2

INSERT INTO phpbb_auth_access (forum_id, group_id, auth_read, auth_post, auth_reply, auth_edit, auth_delete, auth_pollcreate, auth_mod) VALUES (10, , 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 0)
