How do read this

In PHP MyAdmin I see datefields filled with numbers. I know, for example, that the date 27-04-2003 corresponds with 1051462551, but what is the conversion and how can I convert the numberstrings to readable dates?

Thanks for the info and the converter. That works great. Do you also maybe know of a lastvisit-MOD that I can implement in my 2.0.4 board, as an addition to the control panel or the user profiles?
