Hey guys! This thread is to keep you aware of possible changes and new rules to the RPG forum.

As of 5-20-09 we (staff) are discussing giving the RPG forum a trial run under the main SI title. Just like it used to be. This is to try to gain more interest in the forums. So, if you guys know anyone who RPG's, please invite them to check out the RPG forum. I LOVE this forum. It's the reason I joined BF in the first place. And I'm so sad that I have very little time to dedicate to actually playing. But I don't want to see this forum die. So lets give it all you've got.

Second, I wanted to just pots a little tidbit about the timeline of posting in an RPG. As you have no-doubt noticed, our RPG's have been slow moving or dying all together. This is due to, not a lack of interest, but a lack of time. Most of our current players have jobs and lives outside of BF. And this is to be expected. So please don't freak out or go banana's if there isn't a post in the game for a few days from one or all players. This does not mean it's dead.

If there isn't a post for a week, then the thread creator can post (again if need be) to revive the game. Perhaps the game took an unexpected turn and derailed. Which happens sometimes. So, don't lose hope. Don't lose your creativity.

Meg mate, you're a saint. When are you going to make another of your awesome RP's? If we want more players we want something decent and professional, I entrust this task to you and you alone.
 

Agreed. I am also glad that you made it clear to everyone that just cause no one posts for a day, the RP isn't dead. I will wait as long as necessary for a grand and well put together RP, as this place, along side the soon to be closed SC2 forum, is the only reason I came, and still remain, on this forum.
 

I'd def be up for a casual game depending on the theme and my availability but I've definitely enjoyed my fair share of RP's here

Hahaha someone make a decent politics game or revive a vamp one and maybe we'll draw LOA and Doom out of hiding.
