I thought that I'd like to share the demo impressions from a gaming site and see what you think about the game. If I recall correctly, not a lot of people are hyped about this game due to poor promotions, but some of you might have already been hyped for this game. In particular I didn't really care about this game until I stumbled across this video impression on the game.

Red Faction: Guerrilla comes out in June on the Xbox 360 and PS3. I think there's a way to get the demo aside from pre-ordering the game. I'll see what I can do on finding a method to obtaining the demo.
 

I think they pretty much said it right there in the vid: dunno how the game's going to turn out, but the engine is sweeeeet.
 

Looks fun. Not many games make hitting shit with a hammer that interesting.

I don't really know much about Mercenaries 2; but I don't think you get to pilot a robot in that game and wreck shit up. Besides that, the game engine in Red Faction: Guerrilla seems pretty awesome.
 

I think he means one of it's appealing points is the destruction factor.

The same was true of the first Red Faction, is probably true for this one, and will probably be true for any future Red Factions.
 

That looks nice. The mech part was just awesome. If they have a multiplayer mode with those shits in then I'm sold.
 

i think this one will do better things though, looks like gears of war meets fallout 3 on mars....
 

Yeah I saw some of the game play on X-play and when i first saw it in game informer i was like "Eh Red Faction 2 sucked but Red Faction was great" but it does look hopefully good, but i also hoped that MK vs DCU was going to be good, haha, but we will see wont we
 

The first red faction had good multiplayer (rail gun omfg) and was pretty decent in single player. The second one managed to fuck a lot up, I hope they move back towards the success of the first game.

Hmm looks like fun so far, gotta love the RF destructible everything concept.
 

anyone downloaded the demo? i did, and i dont regret it one fuckin bit, its so fucking awesome, im considering pre-order (maybe collectors edish) but definatley a buy.

not just win : PWN, i love strategically destroying buildings, like finding the supports and stuff..hehe
 

Yeah man this game is a blast, but I hope they can hammer out a decent multiplayer that's always been the achille's heel of this series just no real replay/addiction value in the multiplayer.
