So tonight was the last episode of Scrubs and there's a huge following in my high school for the stupid fucking show; so, basically I was wondering if people even give a fuck about Scrubs?

I love that show. I got all the dvds from season one to seven, waiting on season 8.

I watch it on Comedy Central when there's nothing else on. Occasionally it's funny, but suffers from too many characters being too damn sarcastic all the time. Don't get me wrong, I love sarcasm, but sometimes it's overplayed.

Also Sarah Chalke is love.

It ended its run on NBC, but moved to ABC. I think it was because the writer's strike had cut things short and they wanted to give it a proper send off, but NBC was already moving on.

Honestly, the finale sucked. It was too hammy and cheesey.

The main character? John "J.D." Dorian, played by Zach Braff.

Besides Perry was the best character on the show.
 

Scrubs is a brilliant show and anyone who doesn't understand why is a simpleton.


I thought it got cancelled a long time ago, though. I refuse to watch network television though so, yeah, I only watch the reruns on Comedy Central.

I wouldn't call it brilliant. It's quirky as all fuck, and most of the characters have rather linear motives and desires. Episodes are predictable as well.

Now, Arrested Development, that was a brilliant show.

The Janitor claimed his name was Glenn Matthews, but that may have been a lie, because seconds after he told JD (and he walked away), someone else called Janitor by a different name.

It had its run. Its better to cancel a show when its still good than when its just turned god awful. Its a lesson ignored by so many producers and studios.
