Webpage help

hi all,

I'm working on creating my very first webpage for a class asignment. I'm using NVU, and i've encountered a problem: The content of my page re-aligns itself when I change the screen resolution. This is problematic because the content is relative to an image in the background... and the background does NOT re-align itself. Is there any way i can like... anchor everything so it stays in the correct positioning?

For an example of what i'm talking about, check out the site here:

Notice how when you adjust the size of the screen, the text moves but the background does not. This is problematic. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You have your images in a table.

<table cellspacing="2" cellpadding="2" border="0" style="text-align: left; margin-right: auto; margin-left: 170px; height: 51px; width: 927px;">

You could just put your text in a table as well, that would keep everything from shifting when you resize the window.
