Hard time with new card.

Hey, Just installed an MSI 9600GT T2D512 OC on my build. Thing is...I'm not getting a full screen with Bioshock. Installed the most current drivers too. What could be causing this? It also doesn't switch away from my desktop in remainder of screen? Probably something simple that I just don't understand! Really appreciate any help!

Build:
Asus P5K-CM MB
E8400 CPU
Antec 9500cu HSF
MSI card (Listed above)
Asus DVD Burner
4 gig Corsair XMS RAM
Antec 500w Earthwatts PSU
WD 500 SATA HD
Antec Mini P180 case
Vista Home Premium SP1
