Video card question.
I have a Power Color 3650 w/fan and a MSI 4350 NO fan in different PC's. Both PC's have XP Pro and 7RC installed on separate HDD's but both PC's had the issue with XP only. The ATI drivers have been installed in both OS's on both PC's and both show the same as posted below.
In the Catalyst Control Center: Every version of ATI Catalyst I have used, including the ones that came with the cards, the 4350 Fanless shows "Fan Speed Control" and "Fan Speed" (which obviously shows 0 RPM) the 3650 w/fan does not show "Fan Speed" or the "Fan Control" option.
It's not a problem but kind of confusing.

Maybe the 3xxx series doesn't support fan control in XP.
