Replacing Mobo Need advice

Hey guys, I built a pc using the advice of the forum members here about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, the PSU that I bought died and took the mobo out with it so I need to get a new one. I had an ASUS P5W DH DELUXE and tried to look for a replacement, but am not having much luck. I need some suggestions for an equal or better one. My budget is at max probably $130. I'm also using an Intel C2D E6600 2.4ghz, 2x 1gb corsair xms2 ddr2 800 and sapphire radeon x1900xtx 512mb if that helps in recommending.

I've looked at the GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail and the ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail.

Any other mobo suggestions are welcome and much appreciated.

I would go with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131335 and save some money. From your post I see you only have 1 video card so why pay the extra bucks for those 2 boards you mentioned? The P5Q SE is a great motherboard.

Just get a P5Q Pro. 120 bucks - free shipping.
All you need.
Be sure to get a decent power supply as you go along.

Never used a P5Q SE, but the P5Q Pro is solid.

Yeah.
And it's fat too.
The SE is one of those slimmed down versions.

Can't beat the SE for the price. Works like a charm!

I am sure that it does.
Why are they downsizing some of the ATX motherboards?
To cut costs?
Or is it for environmental reasons?

I'm using a ASUS P5QL PRO in one of my PC's and I really like the board with the exception of the location of the PSU to MOBO connection. It's located right above the Graphics card slot. VERY unhandy considering the bulk of the PSU to MOBO wiring harness.
Would I buy another "slim" board? Yes.

Yes very annoying where they have the 24 ATX connector, hate that because the cable is going right over the Intel open CPU fan. When I got a shipment of these I sent them all back. Just hated the lay out.
