Oops. That's what I get for assuming 4 identical pci-looking slots couldn't possibly all be PCI-E, so they had to be regular PCI. I guess I don't spend enough time around this kind of board :-P

The memory number isn't that outrageous. Most, if not all, major manufactures of servers have servers with this capability. As far as the other specs, those are pretty common as well.

These are 1-4U rack mount servers. Some of the 4U+ enterprise servers have some large specs. Of course they are quite expensive.
