...hear the announcer indicate you've not enough minerals, gas or supply.
...hit the unit count (200 supply).
...get a Nuke dropped on you.
...earn an achievement.
...lose a transport that is carrying personnel.
...discover an idle worker of yours.
...deplete a vespene gas geyser.
...destroy a rock.
...request resources from an ally.
...for each cheat you use.
...need to pause the game. If the reason for pausing is to obtain a new bottle of apple juice, take a sip immediately upon opening it.

As Terran, drink each time you...

...are unable to land a building due to obstruction.
...allow a burning building to destroy on its own.

As Protoss, drink each time you...

...let your mothership get destroyed.
...get a unit destroyed during warp-in.

As Zerg, drink each time you...

...lose a poor spine crawler while in transit to another patch of creep.
...allow your queen to be killed.

And finally, slam your entire bottle of apple juice with each loss. Slam an entirely new bottle if that loss occurred within the first 5 minutes of gameplay.
 

I'll just go ahead and assume that the "drink" in question here is apple juice or something equally suitable for any minors that probably visit this forum.

As a zerg:

Drink every time you create a new queen
Every time you explode a group of marines with fungal infestation (assuming it gets back that is)
 

Zerg Rush
Every player has 3 shots of their chosen beverage. Take a deck of cards and deal out all the cards. Starting with the dealer each player lays down a card with the aim of totaling up 15 in the stack. 1-10 play as they are, face cards play as 10, 5, 3, or 1. Aces are 1,2,4,7,9,11. The player who lays down the final card to add up to 15 claims the stack and takes a shot. The first person to finish their shots wins!
