Also, I think the rating system is kind of lame. As far as I can tell, it's per-user and point-based.
Maybe you could try a ratio-based system, so good builds would eventually float to the top?

I like the concept and linking to replay/youtube. It's a bit hard to use but that's because of the users, since they don't follow a standard format.
There seems to be a points column and a separate rating one, the rating should be an average rather than a sum.

You could do something like thumbsup:total votes or something
