Iam new to flash what is ActionScript IM

Hi Friends
Iam new to flash. Wherever I see Job requirement they say required knowledge----Flash and Animation ActionScript IM experiance a +++. Can somebody tell me what is IM?
This may sound stupid to some who are here for a long time. But for new people like me it is a new topic.

Iam new to flash what is ActionScript IM

The only IM i know in computer is Instant Messaging. Like AIM or MSNIM. That is definitely used in webdesign. Inquire about it at the jobs and find out more.
